Dietary Requirements

If you have any special dietary requirements, please ensure you let the Langar Sevadars know before taking any food. They will know about dietary requirements which you put in your registration form and there will be Langar made for your requirements where necessary. Please speak with Bibi Dajinder Kaur or Bibi Sarabjit Kaur.

Taking photos

We understand you’ll want to capture memories from the Khalsa Family Retreat! Feel free to take photos and share them with loved ones. However, please be considerate when taking pictures of children. Avoid capturing images of other children without their parents’ consent, and refrain from posting any photos that include children without obtaining permission first. If you prefer your child not to be photographed, please inform the KF photographer. While we’ll try to avoid individual shots, for large group photos, ensure your child is out of the frame if you don’t want them included. Additionally, please be aware that the Kirtan sessions will be recorded. If you’d rather not be on camera, avoid sitting in areas directly in view of the camera.
